Jacksonville Police Department Hiring Event

The Jacksonville Police Department is hosting a hiring event at the Center for Public Safety (200 Marine Blvd) for the upcoming BLET Academy beginning August of 2024 and we would like you to be a part of it!!! The event will take place on Saturday, May 4, 2024 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You will have the opportunity to:

• Learn about our agency from our officers that do the job everyday.
• Take the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE)
• Participate in the Police Officer's Physical Abilities Test (pre-POPAT)
