Citywide Training

The Human Resources Department led the second series in the Skill Enhancement & Employee Development (SEED) Training. This series focused on Employee Development for the entire organization. There were approximately 77 employees in attendance. Employees were briefed on the organization’s Operation Apple program, Tuition Reimbursement, Benefits, Retirement, 401K, and FMLA. There was allotted time to ask questions and give feedback on the training. The series was recorded and will be uploaded to the Learning Management System in 4 segments for employees that were unable to attend in-person. Booklets will also be handed out to each department next week. Employee development is very important to the City of Jacksonville.
