The Engineering Division is responsible for planning, designing, reviewing, constructing and inspecting all new City infrastructure systems to include water treatment and distribution, wastewater treatment and collection, streets, sidewalks, stormwater drainage, park facilities, and trails.

Engineering ensures that all infrastructure are designed and built in accordance and in compliance with all Federal, State and City regulations and specifications, as well as administering the State Flood Plain Management, and Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinances.
